We're always on the lookout for new Lodge Hosts, Guides, Customer Service representatives to join our team, both a fixed-term basis and longer term for the right applicants. While experience and qualifications are beneficial, a passion for the outdoors and the energy to provide an incredible experience for all manuhiri (visitors) is essential. Lodge Host / Kaiwhakamanuhiri

Full-time, Fixed Term - Mid October 2023 - End of April 2024

Are you keen to work with your partner, best friend or maybe you have a relation that you'd like to share an awesome adventure and experience with over the summer? Is one of you a whiz in the kitchen and/or a "jack of all trades"? Ideally, we are looking for couples/pairs to host our guests at our newly renovated lodges in the Hollyford Valley, on a rotating roster.

The Hollyford Wilderness Experience is certainly not your usual walk in the park - it takes our manuhiri (guests) down the Hollyford Valley following the path of Māori and early Europeans alike, by foot, jet boat and helicopter. This position will see you hosting our manuhiri at our newly renovated remote lodges.

Coach Driver / Kaiuruki Pahi

Fixed Term Contract

Does transporting manuhiri (guests) for one of Ngāi Tahu Tourism's most spectacular ventures, The Hollyford Track - Fiordland National Park, sound like a great day in the office for you? 

We are seeking an energetic Coach Driver to join the Hollyford team to safely drive manuhiri to the unparalleled landscape of Fiordland and Milford Sound.

Hiking Guide / Kaiārahi 

Fixed Term, Full-time - Beginning of October 2023 through to end of April 2024

If you have a passion for connecting with people, can spin an informative and entertaining yarn and have a drive to make an unforgettable experience for each and every one of your manuhiri (guests), then we have the job for you!

We are searching for engaging and energetic guides who thrive in the dynamic outdoors to safely lead our small groups on this spectacular journey. You will be weaving kōrero (stories), bringing to life the history & geology of the area and sharing your knowledge of the incredible vegetation and wildlife this unique area is renowned for.
