Please note that for all transport charters - bookings are essential, however bookings will not be confirmed until the week prior to travel (transfer times & days may vary).

Jet Boat
From the beginning of December through to the end of March we run regular Jet Boat transfers between Martins Bay DoC Hut and the Pyke River Confluence.

In October, November and April the Jet Boat runs less often, but may still be available for the service between Martins Bay DoC Hut and Pyke River Confluence.

Aeroplane
Chartered flights can be booked to or from Martins Bay DoC Hut on a per load basis. All flights are weather dependant and need to be confirmed on the day of travel or the day before starting the track:

Milford Sound to Martins Bay
NZ$540 per plane (1-4 passengers)

Te Anau to Martins Bay
NZ$1080 per plane (1-4 passengers)

Queenstown to Martins Bay
NZ$1080 per plane (1-4 passengers)

Individual backload seats on flights may be available from Milford Sound to Martins Bay DoC Hut on a space available basis for NZ$135 per person.

Payment and Booking Conditions

• All prices are valid until end 30th April 2009.

• Please note that for all transport charters - Bookings are essential, however bookings will not be confirmed until the week prior to travel.
• Payment can be made at the time of booking by credit card, or by credit card or cash at time of departure.
• All Jet Boat and backload flight bookings must be made directly with Hollyford Valley Walks or one of our designated agents.

Jet boat and Aircraft Conditions

• All Jet Boat and backload flights to be re-confirmed with the office a week before chartered travel. All backload flights to be re-confirmed the day of the charter. Last phone before Hollyford Valley is at Knobs Flat on the Milford Sound Road, and there is a phone at Milford.
• Standbys, backload travel and scheduled runs run on an availability basis only, bookings essential as times may change on days with no bookings.
• All boating and flying is strictly weather dependent. Boating is also river dependent.
