Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Hollyford Valley Guided Walks Limited, hollyfordtrack.com, Unit 1, 175 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown 9348, New Zealand (Promoter).
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are New Zealand residents 18 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter, and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion commences at 12.01am NZT on 1 July 2011 and closes at 12.00pm NZT on 31 August 2011.
5. There is a limit of one entry per entrant.
6. To enter the draw of the promotion, participants must go to www.hollyfordtrack.com, click on the competitions tab and fill in all fields, including required code word, to enter.
7. All valid entries will go into one draw which will take place at 3pm NZT on 5 September 2011 at Hollyford Valley Guided Walks Limited, hollyfordtrack.com, 1 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown 9348, New Zealand. The first valid entry drawn from the draw will win a Gift Voucher (Prize Voucher) for 2 people including Hollyford Track, return flights from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, Queenstown airport transfers to / from accommodation and 2 nights twin share accommodation at supplier of Hollyford Tracks discretion (1 night the night before Hollyford Track departure date and 1 night the night of Hollyford Track return date). Flights outside the main Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch airports are not included in this prize.
8. An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3pm NZT on 19 September 2011 at Hollyford Valley Guided Walks Limited, hollyfordtrack.com, 1 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown 9348, New Zealand, should any winner of the main draw be un-contactable.
9. The Prize Voucher for Draw is valid from the 23 October 2011– 17th April 2012. Bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability at the time of booking and must be taken as a package at one time. Individual components of the Prize can not be claimed separately.
10. The Prize Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash or kind.

    1. Vouchers can be used to make bookings up to and including the "Valid until" date shown on the voucher.
    2. Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or kind, other vouchers.
    3. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the time of booking. Normal Terms and Conditions of purchase apply. Risk of loss for vouchers pass to the recipient upon delivery / transmission to the recipient.
    4. For your security, the voucher cannot be redeemed without the Voucher ID. Hollyford Track reserves the right to cancel vouchers and request alternate forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw.
13. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time subject to written directions from Regulatory bodies.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
17. If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
18. In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter will collect your title, first and last names, email address, age range, gender, location and how you first heard of Hollyford Track to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree that the Promoters may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes.
19. The information provided by you to the Promoter is subject to the Privacy Act 1993. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that the Promoter may use this information for any other purpose which the Promoter (or related entity) considers reasonable including sending newsletters and other promotional material on Hollyford Track.
20. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
