Rates 2016/17

Retail Rates (Season runs from October to April) 2016 -2017 Season 

Low season: 23rd October to 22nd December and from 10th April

Adult: 15+ years NZ$1795.00 inc gst
Child: 10 - 14 years NZ$1395.00 inc gst

High season: 25th December to 8th April

Adult: 15+ years NZ$2045.00 inc gst
Child: 10 - 14 years NZ$1645.00 inc gst

Single rooming supplement (all season) NZ$750.00 inc gst

Please Note:

  • A booking form and a $500 deposit per person is required to secure your booking.
  • The balance of payment is to be paid six weeks prior to your departure date.
  • For cancellations prior to your Hollyford Track departure date the following refund applies:
  • Within 3 weeks = no refund applies
  • 3 - 6 weeks = deposit non refundable, 80% of balance paid
  • 7 – 12 weeks = deposit non refundable, 100% of balance paid
  • More than 12 weeks = full refund including deposit
  • Once your walk has commenced no refund applies due to any circumstance.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you arrange personal travel/medical insurance at the time of booking to guard against loss of fares paid caused by any eventuality necessitating cancellation of your trip within our cancellation period. Cancellations could be due to reasons beyond your control such as: falling ill prior to your departure / a sprained ankle whilst partaking in another activity / a family bereavement / missing a flight to Queenstown and therefore, missing your departure etc.

Retail Rates (Season runs from October to April) 2017 -2018 Season 

Low season: 22nd October to 23rd December 2017, and between 19th January - 6th February 2018 and from 9th - 25th April 2018

Adult: 15+ years NZ$1895.00 inc gst
Child: 10 - 14 years NZ$1495.00 inc gst

High season: 26th December 2017 to 17th January 2018, and between 8th February and 7th April 2018

Adult: 15+ years     NZ$2095.00 inc gst
Child: 10 - 14 years NZ$1695.00 inc gst

Single rooming supplement (all season) NZ$800.00 inc gst.

Please note:

  • A completed booking form and a NZD$500 deposit per person is required to secure your booking
  • The balance of payment is to be paid 60 days prior to departure of the walk
  • For cancellations initiated by the customer prior to the departure of the walk, the following applies:

        i. Cancellations within 21 days of walk departure date: cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost

       ii. Cancellations between 21 - 59 days from walk departure date: cancellation fee is 50% of the total trip cost

      iii. Cancellations between 60 - 89 days from walk departure date: cancellation fee is 25% of the total trip cost

      iv. Cancellations 90 days or more from walk departure date: cancellation fee is NZD$100 per person
