Hollyford Wilderness Experience x International Traveller Competition Terms & Conditions

Prize description (“the Prize”)
The prize is a Hollyford Wilderness Experience for two adults - a fully guided, all-inclusive multi-day wilderness journey through Fiordland.

The Prize includes the standard inclusions of the Hollyford Wilderness Experience package as offered by the Promoter at the time of booking, including:

• all-inclusive guided walk experience;
• all transport during the experience;
• meals and snacks during the experience;
• accommodation during the experience;
• a scenic helicopter flight;
• a jet boat experience;
• and other standard inclusions normally provided as part of the Hollyford Wilderness Experience package. 

The Hollyford Wilderness Experience is a small-group, multi-day wilderness journey designed for a range of fitness levels and includes guided walking through Fiordland from mountains to sea, with luxury lodge accommodation and fully hosted service throughout.

The Prize excludes:

• flights or other travel to and from the experience;
• accommodation before or after the experience;
• travel insurance;
• spending money;
• and any other costs not expressly stated as part of the Prize. 
   

The Prize value is up to NZD $10,390, depending on the travel date selected.

1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. By entering you agree to receive marketing updates and offers from the Hollyford Wilderness Experience and Ngāi Tahu Tourism. You can unsubscribe any time. Your information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. The Promoter is Hollyford Valley Walks, trading as Hollyford Wilderness Experience, located at Shop 10/23 Town Centre, Te Anau 9600, New Zealand ("the Promoter").
4. The promotion opens on Monday 21 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AET on Sunday 18 October 2026.
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official competition entry form during the promotional period and provide all required information.
6. Limit of one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
7. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
8. Employees of Te Rūnanga Group, International Traveller, their related entities and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
9. There will be one (1) winner selected.
10. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
11. The draw will take place on Monday 19 October 2026.
12. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw using the contact details provided on the entry form.
13. The winner must claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified by responding via email to info@hollyfordtrack.com.
14. If the winner does not claim the Prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize.
15. Travel using the Prize must take place between 4 November 2026 and 31 March 2027, subject to availability.
16. The Prize booking must be made by 31 January 2027. If the winner has not confirmed and booked their travel by this date, the Prize may be forfeited.
17. The winner and their travel companion must be available to travel within the stated travel period.
18. The winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same departure date and share the same room.
19. The Prize is subject to availability and preferred travel dates cannot be guaranteed.
20. The Prize must be booked directly with the Promoter.
21. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
22. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or special offer unless agreed by the Promoter.
23. Once confirmed, bookings are subject to the Hollyford Wilderness Experience's standard booking terms, conditions and operational requirements.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
26. Incomplete, illegible, duplicate, late or incorrectly submitted entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
28. Entry forms and entrant details collected as part of this promotion will be used for the administration of the competition and may also be used by the Promoter for marketing and promotional purposes where consent has been provided by the entrant or where otherwise permitted by law.
29. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter contacting them in relation to the competition and, where applicable, for future marketing communications.

31. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

33. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
