All of your meals, as well as a fine selection of beverages, are included in your stay at Waitai Lodge. Our dedicated Lodge Hosts take pride in preparing delicious meals from local ingredients.
From three course evening cuisine, cooked or continental breakfasts, to wilderness lunches, we'll show you the manaakitanga (hospitality) we're famous for. Our lodges have full commercial kitchens, and your experienced lodge hosts are there to ensure your time in the lodge is memorable.
Our lodges are fully licensed so you can choose from a selection of premium New Zealand beverages, be it a refreshing beer, a fine Central Otago Pinot Noir or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Enjoy a glass of something cold in front of the fire or take a soak in one of the wood-fired hot tubs under the night sky.
